Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root, Angelica, Hibiscus flowers, Rose, Lime and Lemon peel, Liquorice and Pink Peppercorn.
When in season we use Jersey Lemons from farmer Joe Freire in St Lawrence, or our own lemons and limes grown next to the distillery.
Our ginger is grown in Trinity, Jersey.
We also use Coriander, hibiscus and rose grown at the distillery.
