GIN MAKING WORKSHOP

 

Immerse yourself in the art of distillation and become a Master Gin maker at the Sea Level Spirit School, located in the Sea Level Distillery shop in Gorey, Jersey. Learn the intricate distillation process, hand select your own botanicals to create and bottle your very own unique gin recipe. Along the way, enjoy a selection of Sea Levels gins and experience the art of craft gin making in a fun, interactive and small setting.

 

Spend approximately 90 minutes with us to create your own gin, either for yourself or as a gift. Develop your own recipe from nearly 100 botanicals (or bring some of your own if you wish!) then bottle and label your creation.

 

In order for you to get the most out of the class, we only have 6 stills per session, with each one making a 700ml bottle. All Gin School guests will also receive 10% off Sea Level products on the day.

 

Accessibility: If you are in a wheelchair and need a still set up, please book as normal and email us on hello@sealeveldistillery.co.uk. We have an adjustable table in the shop which can be set up with a still, so please discuss what you need and we can make it happen. If you require larger font sheets or anything else at all, we are more than happy to help.

 

Terms: we are unable to offer refunds on bookings, but will always try and reschedule with 7 days notice. You may transfer your booking to another person but we will need confirmation of their name 24 hours before the class.  Please do not turn up drunk to the class or under the influence of drugs as you will be declined entry. Over 18’s only.

MAKE MY GIN FOR ME +

If you are looking for the perfect gift, but do not have time to attend a workshop, we can make it for you. Add ‘Make my gin for me’ to your basket and we will distil and label it for you. We require 7 days notice to make a product and it can either be collected from the shop or delivered to a Jersey home or business (additional charge applies)
